- Designed a relational data model in Zoho Analytics joining four synchronized data sources.
- Wrote complex SQL queries and pivot tables for executive dashboards and operational reports.
- Automated refreshes with Zoho DataPrep flows and API integrations, replacing manual reporting.
- Audited sources and transformation scripts, and trained department heads in self-service analytics.

Clients ran Salesforce alongside other CRMs and business tools, so data was duplicated and out of sync.
